Sean Pales began his career at Microsoft before founding ProSymmetry, an enterprise Project and Portfolio Management consulting company. After growing the company with hundreds of deployments he saw the need to provide a robust software solution to solve the challenges of resource portfolio management and to perform robust scenario planning. His market knowledge led to the development of Tempus Resource – the industry leading resource portfolio management solution. In addition, Sean headed the team that envisioned and developed the ProSymmetry Nintex Action Pack, which was acquired by Nintex and announced at the 2015 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference. Under Sean’s leadership, ProSymmetry earned Nintex Partner of the Year in 2014 and Partner of the Year runner-up in 2015. Sean frequently speaks at a wide range of industry events including the Gartner PPM and IT Governance Summits in Dallas, TX and London, England. Following the Dog Food Conference, Sean will be a featured “Emerging Technology” speaker at the Gartner IT Expo in Barcelona, Spain.
