Eric J. Matyac

Eric is a Practice Lead in Experis’ Development Solutions Service Line. He has nearly 20 years of experience in process improvement, project management, and accounting/ finance, including roles in strategic planning, corporate finance, and multiple system software implementations and selections. He has been involved with many of the numerous implementations (e.g. SAP, Infor /SSA ERP, QAD, and Microsoft Dynamics) including the associated process improvements and multiple stand along process improvement initiatives (Record to Report, Quote to Cash, Source to Pay, Fixed Asset Life Cycle, Customer Onboarding, Employee Onboarding, et al.).

Eric has led and overseen initiatives across multiple industries ranging from banking to manufacturing and mining. He is a practicing Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of several professional organizations, including Agile Alliance, Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and American Society for Quality (ASQ). Additionally, he holds engineering degrees from Case Western Reserve University along with a Master of Business Administration with a Finance concentration from The Ohio State University.

As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt his experiences helping organizations reduce waste and variation has resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollar of cost savings and revenue enhancement across numerous processes ranging from operational activities, back office, and software development.
